| Annual
General Meeting is held every year before 30th June. Notice of AGM
is sent to all Corporate Members,together with Agenda and Balance
Sheet, two weeks before the date of AGM.Accounts of the previous year
and also the proposed Activities of the next year are presented and
comments , suggestions are considered. The new LEC is announced and installed. Election of Students' Representatives (one AMIETE student & on DIPIETE student) is done separately, on the time and date announced. Any poiny other than the given agenda is also discussed with the permission of the chairman. |
